Returns & Exchanges
At Local Ocean, we take pride in offering the freshest seafood and the highest quality merchandise. Because many of our food products are perishable, all seafood and DockBox sales are final and cannot be returned once they leave our restaurant.
For merchandise items such as apparel, gifts, and packaged goods, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Start a Return
To request a return or exchange, please contact us at (541) 574-7959. Our team will provide instructions on how to send your item back or exchange it in person at Local Ocean.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the conditions above, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
