    FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

    • Choose a pickup window from the options toward the top of the page. From there, you can see the locations, dates, and times of pickups available for that ordering window. DockBox is a customizable build-your-own box, so you can pick and choose your offer!

    • Currently, DockBox is available for pickup every 2 weeks. Click on an ordering window from the options toward the top of this page to see what the specific locations, dates, and pickup times are for that date.

    • We try to include detailed ingredient information, but if you have a specific question about ingredients, or would like to know if it's possible to exclude an ingredient when you're cooking the dish, please email us at info@localocean.net.
      We are working on migrating our DockBox recipe cards to this new ordering site, so stay tuned for updates!

    • Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exclusions or substitutions in DockBox orders. We are happy to let you know exactly how items are packed and help you determine if it's possible to exclude a food item when cooking the meal.

    • Yes! But we will need to transfer over the remaining balance. Please email info@localocean.net and include the full gift card number as well as your mailing address and we will send you a new gift card for the restaurant.

    • Unfortunately DockBox gift cards do not work on our new ordering site. You can email us at info@localocean.net and we will be able to apply your DockBox gift card balance manually. Sorry for the inconvenience!

    • We only use your number to send DockBox menu announcements, order reminders, or updates related to your pickup. We will never share or sell your mobile information. You can reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
