2025 RESULTS

This report provides a simple, transparent review of how Local Ocean performed in 2025 relative to the Purpose Objectives of the Local Ocean Stewardship Trust. It is focused on the basic question: What happened in 2025? The report is organized around four purpose areas: employees, fishers and community, customers, and Local Ocean’s long-term financial viability. This is the first step in a larger 2026 body of work, including a mid-year compensation plan rebuild, financial stabilization effort, and strategic turnaround plan.
