Celebrate Rockfish Day at the Oregon Coast Aquarium!

Join us on Sunday, August 3rd from 10 AM – 4 PM for a fun-filled day celebrating Oregon’s sustainable rockfish fishery and ocean conservation.

What to Expect:

  • Meet the good folks from ODFW, Otter Rock Marine Reserve, Cape Perpetua Collaborative, and the Local Ocean Seafoods team, who are each hosting a booth for this great annual event.

  • Hands-on, family-friendly activities: Paint a Rockfish and a “Where’s Waldo”-style Rockfish Hide-and-Seek game!

  • Visit Local Ocean’s booth to explore our 100% Fish Initiative and snag a sample of rockfish ceviche!

Fun for all ages – come learn, explore, and celebrate the amazing rockfish of Oregon’s coast!
