By the end, that connection turned into real impact, raising $898 for Central Coast Food Web.

An unforgettable evening of seaweed, storytelling, and sustainable seafood at Epilogue Kitchen brought together chefs from Salem and Newport to celebrate Oregon’s coastal bounty—benefitting marine conservation efforts through Oregon Shores.

Local Ocean’s Winter Waters Dinner brought together the next generation of Oregon’s seafood industry for a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. In collaboration with Siletz Valley School’s culinary students, we served a multi-course meal highlighting sustainably sourced seafood from the Oregon Coast.
