Big, Bold, and Ocean-Sweet:
Weathervane Scallops

Harvested from the deep, frigid waters off the Oregon and Alaskan coasts, Weathervane Scallops are a true delicacy. Known for their size, flavor, and pristine quality, these scallops are a favorite of chefs for their ability to caramelize beautifully while retaining a sweet, ocean-fresh interior.

Flavor & Culinary Uses
Weathervane Scallops have a clean, rich flavor with a texture that’s both meaty and tender. They’re ideal for high-heat searing to get a golden crust, then finished with butter, herbs, or citrus. They shine in elegant entrées, atop risottos, or as the star of a composed seafood plate.

Fishing & Sustainability
Weathervane Scallops are wild-harvested under one of the most tightly managed fisheries in the U.S. Dredging is restricted to specific areas and seasons, with stringent limits on bycatch and habitat impact. These efforts help ensure that each scallop is part of a long-term sustainable harvest.

Elegant, indulgent, and ocean-sweet—Weathervane Scallops are a premium taste of the Pacific, harvested with care.
