Chilled Seafood Platter & Sauce Trio* - Chef's selection of seafood including wild prawns, calamari, scallops, fresh oyster, Dungeness crab claw, and a pickled seafood duo of tuna and salmon belly with a trio of sauces: guajillo, Thai-cucumber relish, and mint-basil gremolata
