Meals for the Weeks of March 6th & March19th

This Asian-inspired Hoisin Black Cod highlights black cod over a bed of asparagus, green beans, mushrooms, onions, orange, red bell pepper, and yakisoba noodles, married together in a flavorful teriyaki dressing.

Chef Enrique's Thai Curry Mussels feature PNW-harvested mussels steamed in green curry coconut milk broth with Thai rice noodles, cilantro and lemon. Fans of Local Ocean's signature Moqueca Brazilian Stew will love this!

Our classic Niçoise Salad features grilled Albacore on a bed of mixed salad greens, dressed in our house Dijon vinaigrette and topped with everything you could ask for - Niçoise olives, fresh tomatoes, red potatoes, green beans, hard boiled eggs, and decadent boquerones anchovies. For a Vegetarian option - make it a Vegetarian Tempeh Garden Salad.

The classic Rocky Sandwich and Fries features local rockfish marinated in a chili garlic sauce, served on a toasted hoagie bun with tartar-slaw salad, salsa verde, and mozzarella. It's what happens when you take a Fish & Chip, spice it like a taco, and put it in a sandwich.
