New Seasonal Specials featuring Black Cod
For seafood lovers, black cod (aka sablefish) is an ultimate indulgence with its rich buttery texture and high flavor profile. Most Oregon black cod is exported to Japan, where it is considered a delicacy. But it is increasingly gaining popularity in the US, particularly for those trying to increase beneficial omega-3 fats in the diet.

Smoked Black Cod Deviled Egg - Chili sauce, ginger, rice noodles

Black Cod Kabobs Salad - Grilled black cod, roasted beet, avocado, mandarin orange, spinach, roasted hazelnut, smoked gouda, maple Dijon vinaigrette

Peruvian-Style Black Cod - Pan-seared black cod, roasted corn, fresh mangos, tomatoes, ginger, cilantro, saffron-aji amarillo shellfish sauce
Favorites worth keeping around

Thai Curry Mussels are sticking around a little while longer. Featuring fresh mussels in our green curry coconut milk broth with puffed rice noodles, lemon and cilantro. If you like the Moqueca de Peixe (Brazilian Stew), you will love this dish!

Grab a Grilled Rockfish BLTA for lunch. Bite into a grilled rockfish fillet with heirloom tomatoes, smoked bacon, smashed avocado, romaine, and Mama Lil's pepper aioli on herb-butter crusted hoagie roll.

An old favorite is back - the Pink Shrimp Crostini! You'll need a fork to handle this piece of grilled Panini Bakery focaccia loaded with pink shrimp, smoked salmon spread, olives, capers, tomato, cucumber, boquerones, greens, and white balsamic vinaigrette.
