Meals for the Weeks of September 19th & 26th

Our classic Chinook Salmon Dinner showcases Chinook salmon over a bed of veggies, linguini pasta, roasted poblano pepper, and Oregonzola cheese, married together in our signature tomato-saffron sauce.

Delight in the Spot Prawn Gumbo. This dish stars peel-and-eat Alaskan spot prawns with Manila clams and Andouille sausage. A hearty mix of arborio rice, black beans, red bell peppers, spinach, onion, and celery supports the gumbo, making it a surefire hit.

Newport's fleet has been busy harvesting Albacore tuna, which we love to enjoy in the Tuna Berry Salad. Grilled Albacore tuna tops a mix of fresh strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries alongside beets, mint, spinach, hazelnuts, Oregonzola cheese, and a pomegranate vinaigrette.

Bite into a thick piece of juicy albacore tuna in our popular Tuna Reuben. Sandwiched between pieces of marbled rye with melted Swiss cheese, Louie dressing, and beer-braised sauerkraut, which we prepare in house with Depoe Bay Brewing's Icelandic Porter.

The Vegetarian Portobello & Blue Cheese Linguini Dinner features grilled portobello mushroom, roasted poblano pepper, and melted Oregonzola atop a bed of veggies and linguini pasta in our signature tomato-saffron sauce.

Save room for dessert! Our Fall Caramel Apple Brioche Bread Pudding is made with buttery brioche, vanilla custard, apple, and currants and topped with caramel.

Sear up six of our classic Salmon Sliders. Each patty incorporates a mix of plain and smoked wild coho salmon with a touch of chipotle spice. Finish this easy snack with our housemade tartar sauce, brioche buns, and romaine lettuce, or make them your own by adding additional garnishes from your pantry!
