Meals for the Weeks of August 22nd & 29th

Bite into the Chinook Salmon Succotash - featuring a fillet of Chinook salmon alongside a medley of grilled corn, nectarine, summer squash, fennel, cherry tomatoes, onion and red bell pepper. This beautifully simple dish is perfect for a backyard barbecue.

Albacore season is here, so grill up some tasty Teriyaki Tuna Kabobs! Featuring teriyaki-marinaded albacore tuna with yakisoba noodles and mixed veggies glazed in our sesame chili sauce.

Simplify your week with one of our easiest meals, the Grilled Calamari Salad. Enjoy the flavor of the grill without the work – the calamari comes expertly grilled by Local Ocean's chefs. Simply heat it up on the stove and serve over roasted fennel, poblano pepper, shiitake mushroom, Niçoise olives, and queso fresco.
