Marinated raw fish using vinegar, calamansi citrus, and coconut milk. Ours features Albacore tuna, calamansi citrus, coconut milk, red pepper, red onion & basil.
Thinly sliced fish drizzled in olive oil, lemon or vinegar & Italian seasonings. Simple. Ours features Chinook salmon, orange oil, capers, Niçoise olives, orange & orange zest.
