CEVICHE
Origin: Peru
Cubed fish marinated in citrus juices and tossed with herbs, vegetables, & chilis. The fish “cooks” in the acidic juice. Ours features halibut, pico de gallo, lime, avocado & cilantro.

KINILAW
Origin: Philippines
Marinated raw fish using vinegar, calamansi citrus, and coconut milk. Ours features Albacore tuna, calamansi citrus, coconut milk, red pepper, red onion & basil.
