Position Summary:

Restaurant servers are responsible for positive guest interactions while serving guests in a friendly and efficient manner and play an integral role in ensuring our customers have exceptional dining experiences. Hospitality and customer care is the core job of the server.

Job Essential Functions

  • Prepare dining room for lunch and dinner service.

  • Serve all beverages on request according to guidelines and specifications.

  • Stay updated on current menu ingredients, daily specials and wine selections.

  • Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control polices.

  • Help guests select food and beverages by presenting menus, suggesting courses, explaining daily specials, identifying appropriate wine and beverage pairings, as well as answering food preparation questions.

  • Properly open and pour wine at the table side.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

  • Perform basic cleaning tasks as directed by supervisor.


  • At least 5 years serving experience.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Positive interpersonal skills.

  • Basic cash handling skills and ability to use a touch sensitive POS system and iPad.

  • Properly open and pour wine at the table side.

  • Able to take direction and work as a team player in a fast-paced environment.

  • Reliable, dependable, and predictable attendance.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with teammates and customers.

  • Ability to quickly learn new processes and techniques, work efficiently and safely.

  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently and take initiative as needed.

  • Current Food Handler’s card and OLCC permit

Employment Status, Benefits and Wages

  • We are looking for both part-time and full-time positions.

  • Pay range: starting at $22 per hr plus tips share
